Product arrived with blemishes on several of the pieces. Finish was scraped on some of the edges, corners and there were scratches/gouges on both of the vertical bars that support the middle, despite the items being well packaged.Instructions were typical with picture step by step, some steps involving several pieces being put together at once. Turn locks to secure the top to bottom bars do not feel very secure and will back off easily (This is the first piece of RTA furniture that I have had this issue with). Seems as though the part that protrudes for the turn lock to engage with does not go far enough into the opening despite the pieces being flush with one another.Once assembled it feels sturdy, but giving this 3 stars given the condition of some of the pieces on arrival.Recommend itIt felt a little rickety after i put it together (which felt like an insult. Assembly-required furniture is like a favorite thing to do for me.) The changing pad it comes with is just a super flimsy piece of foam covered in fabric so thin you can see the foam color through it. Decided to try getting a proper changing pad to go on top and somehow a standard changing pad doesn't fit a changing table? I'm really disappointed with this product all around.not very well built, but will do the jobIt came with horrible instructions, it fell apart , do not buy it. One part was missingAs soon as I opened it, I found that there was already wear and tear. Obsessive-compulsive disorder is really unbearable.Very poor quality. Bolts broke when trying to assemble.First, the assembly was easy and directions are straight to the point and clear. However, one of the pieces came broken in the box. I was luckily able to glue it together and it was not part of the structural support so I felt comfortable continuing to put the changing table together. As I was working the screws that came with the cam lock would strip the wood and would no longer stay in place. To make matters worse, as I was trying to properly tighten the cam lock connectors they actually snapped and broke. Turns out they are made of hard plastic instead of metal. I broke 2 connectors just trying to tighten them. I have never had plastic cam lock connectors for my furniture. Usually they are all made of metal. Very disappointed in this product.
